The LCN Conference implements a double-blind review process. Double-blind reviews refer to the fact that neither author(s) know the name of the reviewers of their paper nor reviewers know the name(s) of the author(s) of a paper. It is important to note that the program committee chairs know the identity of both reviewers and authors, which allows chairs to identify potential conflict of interests and intervene, if necessary.
Authors must make a good faith effort to anonymize their submissions, and they should not identify themselves either explicitly or by implication. In particular, authors must comply with the following guidelines:
Authors are invited to submit technical papers for presentation at the Special Track during the LCN Conference dates. Each accepted paper requires a regular conference registration. The special track will be held on-site and face-to-face. The accepted papers need to be presented in person at the conference.
Submissions should present original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal. Paper submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format. The standard page length is up to six (6) camera-ready pages, 10 pt font in two-column IEEE format, excluding bibliography.
